Ryszard Kajzer is primarily known for his poster art, book projects and illustrations. His posters manifest a painterly freedom, executed as a seemingly careless gesture. The artist often utilises the cut out technique or the torn technique. Freehand lettering is often incorporated in his
works and often borderlines on unreadable splatters. His works are full of energy, loaded with contrast featuring large, flat spots of densely oversaturated color. Ryszard Kajzer is a lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

Works in collections at museums and galleries including Berlin, Budapest, Essen, Hong Kong, Lahti, Mexico, Mons, Paris, Toyama, Trnava and Warsaw.
